Hi. I'm Jessica.

Jessica Mand, CEO
INDEMAND COMMUNICATIONS

I’m a communications leader who helps companies engage, inspire and activate employees, organizations and teams. My bread and butter? Consulting on communications strategy, content creation, editing, and creative communications projects. The secret to my success? I listen, then assimilate my client’s needs quickly and accurately. I personalize each client’s message to their chosen audience in a way that is memorable and meaningful. I help my clients succeed by communicating in an authentic voice to their audiences.

On a personal note, I am addicted to world travel (Iceland was amazing and Scotland was sensational). I'm a pet enthusiast and the proud momma of two beautiful rescue cats. I'm 'Auntie A Plus' to two delightful nieces and two fantastic nephews. I'm a postcard collector. A Scorpio. A dedicated stick-shift driver. An organic body care creator. A gourmand. And last but not least, I'm a creative communicator.
Let's connect.

Jessica Mand is an award-winning, results-driven professional with extensive experience leading organizational communications to encourage positive culture change and employee engagement. Everything communicates. Let's get started now.

Jessica also developed and deployed multi-sense behavioral communications for groups including IT, HR, Civic Affairs, and Diversity & Inclusion.

Before joining Cigna, Jessica led employee communications teams and programs at AIG and IBM. Jessica has her Master's degree in Communications from Manhattanville College and a Bachelor’s in Writing from Marist College.

That's me in the foreground. I'm walking towards the amazing sculpture of The Kelpies, in Falkirk, Scotland.
Mind. Blown.
